We have 2 to 8 bedroom houses, duplexes, and triplexes plus 1 and 2 bedroom apartments.

Clean, safe and student friendly maintained properties. Most of our student rental properties have separately keyed locks on bedrooms, all have free washer/dryer, and we take care of all lawn upkeep.

Some things for you to know:
We give our tenants 24 hour's notice for showings so please plan accordingly.

We prefer to show properties to your entire group so try to get everyone's schedules before calling us.

Our leases are normally 12 months starting in late May.

Security deposits range from one to two months rent.
