1208 University is a few blocks to Bradley University but worth the walk. The house was remodeled recently with a large new kitchen and appliances including a dishwasher and built in microwave, new bathrooms, all new plumbing, new roof, exterior security lights, hardwood flooring re-finished, and all bedrooms recently repainted. The house has a spacious front porch and parking in the back or driveway. The house has many great features such as a decorative fireplace, crown molding, a coffered dinning room ceiling and several art deco leaded glass windows.
Ceiling fans are on the first floor as well as in the bedrooms. All rooms have a window AC unit installed. There are no bedrooms in the basement. It does have a large basement laundry room and lots of basement storage as well as unfinished attic storage. The house has been inspected by licensed professionals and is safe with smoke and CO2 detectors on all floors plus updated electrical services with breakers and no fuses.
1208 University is quite possibly one of the nicest Bradley University off-campus rental houses available.
