1507 Callender is a gorgeous Victorian house with an attractive and spacious wrap around front porch. It’s a duplex, which means it has two separate 3 bedroom apartments, but we usually rent this house as one 6 bedroom house as it has an interior staircase connecting the units.
The first floor living and dining rooms are attractive with tall ceilings, newly redone hardwood floors, a fireplace (decorative) with a beautiful mantle, pocket doors and ceiling fans. The kitchen has new cabinetry and countertops and has stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. There is a large pantry and also an exposed brick chimney that adds character. There are 3 spacious bedrooms with ceiling fans and a very nice bathroom with a walk in shower.
Upstairs there is also hardwood flooring a nice kitchen with historic cabinets an off kitchen sunroom that connects to the rear porch and three nice sized bedrooms with ceiling fans. The bathroom is nice as well.
Other features include a large basement with a laundry room and lots of storage. The house comes with window AC units and has a new efficient furnace. The house has a large back porch and good sized yard. At Just BU Properties the window blinds are included so it isn't necessary to buy window coverings.
The house has been inspected by licensed professionals and is safe with smoke and CO2 detectors on all floors plus updated electrical services with breakers and no fuses. All the bedrooms have keyed locks for security and privacy.
