A great porch, new energy efficient windows throughout (installed 2014), central air conditioning, Barker Ave. location, two nice sized bedrooms...it's a pretty good start to a student rental that can be leased as a 2 or 3 bedroom house. Yes 1711 does have a 3rd bedroom, but let's be real, that third bedroom is small but being adjacent to the larger bedrooms, if not used as a bedroom, a large walk-in closet perhaps?
Along with new windows, 1711's interior was completely painted (fall 2015), living room and dining room carpeted (August 2016). Lots of other small improvements such as blinds, keyed entry bedroom doors and improved plumbing make 1711 pretty sweet.
