406 / 408 Glenwood Ave. is a duplex with two 3 bedroom units each. So it can be rented as a 6 bedroom house or as a 3 bedroom unit. It is located just south of Callender Avenue not far from Bradley University.
Both the 406 and the 408 sides have been recently updated and feature fresh paint, 10 foot tall ceilings and nice woodwork details. Recent renovations include kitchen and bathroom makeovers. The 406 kitchen has a rustic urban feel with a cool built in bar counter top with metal stools.
